Premier MMA Championship is set to take place on Saturday June 2nd at the all new Hits Sports & Entertainment Complex in Covington Kentucky presenting a night full of live MMA featuring some of the best up and coming future stars of the sport, as well as the best unsigned and established veterans in the entire Midwest region.

Some of the athletes who you will see compete inside the cage on June 2nd took a few moments out of their training to give you, the fans a little background on who they are and give you their thoughts on their upcoming fight at Premier MMA Championship.

A- Nick Sprague

Q- Your Home Town?
A- Palmyra Maine, but Cincinnati is my new home!!
Q- What gym do you train with?
A- I’ve trained with the outlet in Dexter Maine but now I am proud to say I train fitchcraft at Son of Siam in Erlanger Kentucky
Q-Favorite Training Partner?
A- My whole gym we are a team. David and Gabe are helpful to beat on and show me a lot. Plus my old team in Dexter Maine and I have to give props to Nate for putting up with me and my kids. Thank you goes out to Son of Siam for takin me in with open arms and The Outlet in Dexter Maine for pushing me to places I never thought I’d see. Stacy lupo my kickboxing/tkd coach/father figure has taught me a lot about the sport and life in general. Also thank you Primo Bellarosa for showing me I can take legs kicks like a pro. I love all of my teammates. The Rizzitello’s owners of the Outlet for letting me have a place to go when I needed it and Zack for getting me started in Bjj. That’s just a few. But all my team is a big family for me!!!!!
Q- How long have you been training?
A-MMA for about a year, BJJ for about a year but kickboxing/TKD on and off since I was a kid
Q-BJJ/TKD/Wrestling experience/Belt Level?
A- White in Bjj, Green in tkd.
Q-When did you make your MMA debut?
A-June 2nd,2018 will be my debut
Q- What made you start competing in MMA?
A- wanting to compete against myself. Making healthier choices and pushing myself. Bunch of things.
Q- How do you feel like you match up with your opponent on June 2nd?
A-I bet he’s taller than me.
Q- How do you predict the fight will end? and in what round?
A-I don’t believe in predicting fights. A Fight is a fight anything can happen.
Q- Why should fans come out to see you compete?
A- I will show my opponent respect and give a good show.
Q- If there was one thing you can say to your opponent about your fight on June 2nd, what would that be?
A-Good luck

A-We will know June 2nd

A-Seeing my training partners get title belts
Q- When you’re not at the gym training what is your favorite hobby to keep yourself busy?
A-I Keep Bees, I’m a beekeeper

A-I’m a banker at US Bank

A-Hip Hop

A-I’ve came along way to get to this point. I’ve lost close to a hundred pounds. Been through hell but came back better than ever

A- I wish my opponent luck and good health and look forward in getting to share the experience of putting on a show for you all to witness. We train hard for these fights make many sacrifices and all fighters have there reasons they fight. Mine I will keep to myself. We are different breed of people. I don’t hate my opponent it’s just a sport. At the end of the night we all should end up friends. After all of the training I have done over the years I have met many people I respect. I have trained with some great kickboxers/Muay Thai instructors and BJJ professors. It’s the people u meet not the people u beat.
