Meet Premier MMA Championship 15 Fighter Cheyenne Hall

Premier MMA Championship is set to return to action on Saturday January 23rd at The Hits Complex in Covington Kentucky presenting a night full of live fights featuring some of the best up and coming future stars of MMA, as well as the best un-signed and established veterans in the entire Southeast and Midwest region.

Some of the athletes who you will see compete live on January 23rd took a few moments out of their training to give you, the fans a little background on who they are and give you their thoughts on their upcoming fight at Premier MMA Championship.

Here is what Cheyenne Hall had to say about her upcoming fight:

A-Cheyenne Hall

Q-Your Home Town?

A-Morgantown, WV but I grew up in Lenore, WV and Spencer, WV

Q- What gym do you train with?

A-Ground Zero Fighting Systems

Q-Favorite Training Partner?

A-I love all my training partners but my favorite person to beat up is Collin Caprini

Q- How long have you been training?

A-4 years

Q-BJJ/TKD/Wrestling experience/Belt Level?

A-Blue belt in BJJ

Q-When did you make your MMA debut?

A-7/2018

Q- What made you start competing in MMA?

A-I had done a few BJJ tournaments and was doing pretty well, so I figured I would give it a shot. I have always loved competition.

Q- How do you feel like you match up with your opponent?

A-I don’t know much about her, so I guess we’ll see!

Q- How do you predict the fight will end? and in what round?

A-You never know how a fight is gonna go.

Q- Why should fans come out to see you compete at Premier MMA Championship?

A-I put on an exciting show and I genuinely love this sport. It’s been a while since I’ve competed due to COVID, but that doesn’t mean I’ve stopped working.  Hoping to showcase what I’ve been working on.

Q- If there was one thing you can say to your opponent about your fight what would that be?

A-Thank you, because without an opponent, there is no fight.

Q- What has been the most memorable moment of your MMA journey?

A-Having my dad show up to surprise me after one of my fights on my birthday weekend two years ago.

Q-What is your favorite MMA moment as a fan?

A-Too many to name

Q- Who is your all-time favorite MMA fighter? and why?

A-I have a lot but I love to watch Valentina Schevchenko. Her technique is impeccable and her focus is something I aspire to.

Q- When you’re not at the gym training what is your favorite hobby to keep yourself busy?

A-Playing with my dog, hiking, anything outdoors, really.

Q- Outside of MMA what type of job do you have?

A-Pharmacist.

Q- When you’re in the gym training, or just working out what artist or music gets you in a zone?

A-I listen to a lot of older rap when I’m training – 2Pac, Biggie, Wu Tang Clan, Geto Boys. I also like some newer rap, but don’t get it twisted, I can get down to some Shania Twain when I’m running on the trail.

A-Bob Seger

Q-What is your favorite movie?

A-Tombstone

Q-Who is your favorite actor/actress?

A-Scarlett Johansson

Q-What’s your favorite color?

A-Mint green

Q-What is your “go to” meal after weigh-In’s?

A-After weigh-ins I usually just eat a little more of whatever I’ve been eating during camp so my stomach isn’t mad at me, but after a fight, I will destroy some pizza.

A-One of the following, probably:

A-I’ve trained with a lot of different people for this fight and I just want to say I’m thankful to each and every one of those coaches and training partners that has helped me to prepare.
