A-Iron Fist Gym

A-John Kessel or Bryan Mcdowell
Q- How long have you been training?
A-Off and on for 11 years with real long breaks inbetween
Q-BJJ/TKD/Wrestling experience/Belt Level?
A-I’ve trained in a little bit of everything but catch wrestling has been my mine focus lately
Q-When did you make your MMA debut?
A-Oct. 6 2014
Q- What made you start competing in MMA?
A-I grew up playing sport but I wasnt very good at them but loved the competition aspect. Then I found out getting beat up wasnt so bad so I figured why not try out mma.
Q- How do you feel like you match up with your opponent on February 9th?
A-I feel like I match up pretty well against him
Q- How do you predict the fight will end? and in what round?
A-I dont really have any predictions on the fight but if I see something I’m going to try and capitalize on it
Q- Why should fans come out to see you compete?
A-Because I believe I’m a well rounded fighter and I know fans like to see exciting fights and that’s what I plan on doing.
Q- If there was one thing you can say to your opponent about your fight on February 9th, what would that be?
A-Let’s try and have some fun and make an entertaining fight for the fans
Q- What has been the most memorable moment of your MMA journey?
A-Being able to be punched and submitted by some of the amazing people I’ve met
Q- What is your favorite MMA moment as a fan?
A-Watching my teammate defend his belt
Q- When you’re not at the gym training what is your favorite hobby to keep yourself busy?
A-Hanging out with my friends playing video games or watching movies
Q- Outside of MMA what type of job do you have?
A-I’m a juvenile correction officer

A-I can listen to about anything

A-I’m a big fan or Russ right now
