A-2015 against Corey Champion
Q- What made you start competing in MMA?
A-Martial arts run through my family, so I guess what made me start fighting is growing up in a “fighters house
Q- How do you feel like you match up with your opponent on February 9th?
A-I feel like I match up well against Stone. He’s a great amateur fighter, but I feel like where he lacks in his game I excell. Nonetheless I’m ready for war, as always
Q- How do you predict the fight will end? and in what round?
A-I don’t predict fights. I let my technique do the talking.
Q- Why should fans come out to see you compete?
A-Fans should come out and watch me defend my title because I always make the fight exciting
Q- If there was one thing you can say to your opponent about your fight on February 9th, what would that be?
A-Stone, good luck man. Let’s put on a show.
Q- What has been the most memorable moment of your MMA journey?
A-My most memorable moment so far in my MMA career was putting Neil Mullins to sleep with shoulder pressure
Q- What is your favorite MMA moment as a fan?
A-My favorite mma fan moment was witnessing the heart of Max Holloway when he fought Brian Ortega. Amazing fight.
Q- When you’re not at the gym training what is your favorite hobby to keep yourself busy?
A-I take this sport seriously, so when I’m not training stand up, I’m training grappling. When I’m not grappling, I’m getting some conditioning in, watching film, or prepping meals for the week. A lot goes into this lifestyle
Q- Outside of MMA what type of job do you have?
A-Outside of MMA I teach a wrestling class at JGMMA, and I’m an electrician apprentice at Denier Electric company.
Q- When you’re in the gym training, or just working out what artist or music gets you in a zone?
A-My music is always changing, so what really gets my hype before or during a workout is any song from the Spider-Man “into the spiderverse” soundtrack.

A-My favorite music artist has to be Kendrick Lamar.

A-My favorite movie is Creed 2 hands down.

A-Rice cakes and honey! Sounds weird, but replenishment is the key to winning fights.
