Get To Know Premier MMA Championship’s Brandon Wren

 

Premier MMA Championship is set to take place on Saturday February 11th with a night full of live MMA featuring some of the best up and coming talent as well as established veterans from the entire Midwest region.

Some of the athletes that will be featured on the February 11th fight card took a few moments out of their training to give you, the fans a little background on who they are and to give you their thoughts on their upcoming fight at Premier MMA Championship. Here is what Brandon Wren had to say about his upcoming fight.

Q-What Gym are you with?

 Independent

Q-Fighting Style?

A- Boxer,Wrestler

Q-Hometown?

A- Covington, KY

Q-What made you start competing in MMA?

A-I wrestled although out high school wasn’t really a big guy, but I worked hard but in other sports it wouldn’t show except wrestling , then I seen MMA , the UFC and was just inspired to be fighter like the these fighters I seen in TV some with larger then life characters, I just know I’m made for this.

Q-How do you feel like you match up to your opponent on Feb 11th?

A- I fell like I match up well with my opponent, I know he comes from a great team, and has a tendency to be risky and throw hands and I’m down for that.

 

Q-How do you predict the fight will end?

A-With blood and guts and just us rupturing a whole in the space time countium

Q-Why should fans come out to see you

A-Because I’m a kid that was told his whole life he’s to small, not strong enough to make it, I have worked very hard on my skills to and to get to fight in my hometown will be amazing I will just give them a show they have never seen before.

Q-If there was one thing you can say to your opponent about your fight on Feb 11th, what would that be?

A-Let’s Rock

Q-What has been the most memorable moment of your MMA career?

A-October 2012, it was my second fight and I was fighting a really tough kid named Robert Sublett and it was the first fight I had that went to the judges, I just remember us going back and forth in a 3 round war and the crowd was full of people and they were loud, cheering and completely invested in what we were doing inside that cage,the feeling was incredible.

Q-Premier MMA Championship is having it’s inaugural show on February 11th at the Radisson Hotel in Covington KY, WHY is this a must see MMA event?

A-For any MMA fan to be able to see the upcoming fighters in the area ,you know this is a can not miss event.

Q-In closing the forum is yours, you have the freedom to say anything you would like.

A- I like to say America let’s knock it off as people, nobody is better then anyone else, we’re all Americans and let’s just let love win , and get rid of hate, God bless you all.
