Here is what Marina Coffman had to say:

Q- Tell the fans your name?

A-My name is Marina Coffman.

Q-Age?

A- 21.

Q- Record?

A-1-3

Q- Your Home Town?

A-I’m from Toledo Ohio.

Q- What gym do you train with?

A-I Train at Pro-Am fitness.

Q-Favorite Training Partner?

A-I love training with everyone in my gym. We have some amazing pro fighters as well as amateurs and every day I go in I leave a bruised but better fighter.

Q- How long have you been training?

A-I’ve been training a few years but the last year I have really dedicated myself completely and don’t miss a day.

Q-BJJ/TKD/Wrestling experience/Belt Level?

A- I train everything. I have amazing coaches. Wrestling, BJJ, Muay Thai, boxing. I’m comfortable with it all.

Q-When did you make your MMA debut?

A- A few years back.

Q- What made you start competing in MMA?

A-I grew up around a family that boxed so I’ve been around combat sports all my life so it wasn’t really much of a surprise when I started competing and training. My family loves it.

Q- How do you feel like you match up with your opponent on Nov. 18th?

A-I Think we match up well. We are both aggressive and explosive so it will be a good fight.

Q- How do you predict the fight will end? and in what round?

A-I don’t really talk much. I kind of let my fighting do the talking so I’m just looking forward to putting on a tough fight in front of a great crowd.

Q- Why should fans come out to see you compete?

A-I’m a very aggressive fighter. I’m fine with making a fight a bloody battle.  I don’t back down to anyone and people love to watch that.

Q- If there was one thing you can say to your opponent about your fight on Nov 18th, what would that be?

A-I would say be ready for a war and bring your A game because I’ll be bringing mine.

Q- What has been the most memorable moment of your MMA career?

A-My very first fight. It was when I truly discovered how much I loved the sport even though I jumped into it a little early in my training but it taught me I could take a punch and give one back and after that I really started dedicating myself fully to learning all aspects of MMA.

Q- What is your favorite MMA moment as a fan?

A-Probably just all the success you see female MMA fighters having lately. There’s so many dominant women in a sport that is predominately men.

Q- When you’re not at the gym training what is your favorite hobby to keep yourself busy?

A-When I’m not training my other hobby would be spending time with my daughter going for walks in the park or just hanging out watching movies.

Q- Outside of MMA what type of job do you have?

A-I’ve dedicated my life fully to training but outside of that I model here and there, but I would choose being a fighter over being a model every single day as it’s what I really enjoy doing.

Q- When you’re in the gym training, or just working out what artist or music gets you in a zone?

A-I love music that gets me in a fighting mindset. Mostly Hard rock music. But I enjoy pretty much every genre.

Q- What is your favorite quote?

A-You must show no mercy, nor have any belief whatsoever in how others judge you.. for your greatness will silence them all.

Q- In closing the forum is yours, you have the freedom to say whatever you would like.

A-I would just like to say I’m really excited to put on a good fight. Fighting is my passion and it shows when I step in the cage.
