In order to compete in the state of Kentucky all Professional and Amateur fighters must submit the following information directly to the state of Kentucky Athletic commission in order to be approved to compete in the state.

Up to date Blood work– All fighters must have the physician or lab who gave the test submit lab results directly to the state commissioner, All blood work must be no older than 180 days prior to the event you seek to compete on. If you need to schedule blood work please visit econolabs.com and click the MMA Trio and schedule immediately. (Be sure to request for them to submit your results to the Kentucky Athletic commissioner at Fax #502 696 3938)

Physical– All fighters must obtain a physical once per year and must submit the physical upon applying for fighter license in the state of Kentucky. The physical must be filled on the form provided by the Kentucky Commission or it will not be accepted (More information can be found by visiting kbwa.ky.gov)

Kentucky Fighter License– Before being approved to compete in the state of Kentucky all fighters (Professional and Amateur) must complete a license application and can do so by visiting kbwa.ky.gov the cost of a fighter license in Kentucky is $25 and is good for the entire calendar year it is issued in. License can be renewed each calendar year. Also note that fighters do not need to apply for or have national ID, Only the state of Kentucky license is needed.
